To use this App, you must be at least 4 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. Use of the App

- Agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others’ rights
We do not claim ownership over your content but may store and analyze it to enhance app performance and AI accuracy.
4. Privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and plant data.
5. AI Limitations and Disclaimer
The diagnosis provided is AI-generated and intended for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional horticultural, botanical, or agricultural advice. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness and are not liable for any damages arising from reliance on the information provided.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features of the App may require payment or a subscription. By purchasing, you agree to:
- Provide accurate billing information
- Understand that all sales are final unless otherwise required by local law
- Cancel your subscription through your app store account if you wish to stop recurring payments
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, design, and content in the App (excluding user content) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use our materials without express permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.
9. Changes to Terms
